The JailTrainingCenter respects the privacy of all our users. When names or emails are submitted to the JTC they are never sold, exchanged or used by others not related to the JTC. Only members will receive emails from our staff. If you have received an email and wish to be removed from our email list, please click the "unsubscribe" link which is included at the bottom of all correspondence. 

If you ever have a problem with any order placed in the JTC Store, please write to: CustomerService@JailTrainingCenter.com. Be sure to include your name, telephone number, E-mail address and any other pertinent information. (When did you order, what did you order, what is your shipping address). Someone on our staff will help you solve any problem as quickly as possible.

Those who purchase a JTC Subscription will be leaving JailTrainingCenter.com during part of the transaction. We have full trust and confidence in our payment processing agents. Please note that we will have neither access to nor knowledge of your credit card number, account or any related information.
